The staff was amazing, minus the front desk staff. I came at 9 am. I knew the room would not be ready, but I was told I would receive a text if my room became available earlier. Well, I saw people receiving keys since 12 pm. Bu 2 pm, I never received a text. I went to the desk, and the lady said, “oh! Your room is ready!” Also, worst shower I’ve ever experienced at a Marriott.

Room was spacious, clean, and updated nicely; and the food at Augustino's was a delight! Staff was super friendly and helpful, however they definitely need a bigger team. This is no fault of theirs, of course, but some services like valet, bell hop, and the kitchen during lunchtime were delayed due to having only 1-2 people on duty. With this being a convention center, there's always going to be a larger crowd of guests. Corporate needs to hire more staff to support these kind, hardworking people.

We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, particularly the front desk team. The valet staff were also highly attentive and proactive, consistently anticipating my needs without requiring any direction or questions from me.
