Good place it's like my 2nd home

Breakfast and coffee were made early, 530am, which was perfect because we had to leave at 6. Felt safe at the property. Staff was great. N/A

Staff went above and beyond. Location was lit up and parking was close to office area. No elevator lol so not for the weak in knees!

We stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Auburn during a busy soccer tournament weekend, so I understand hotel rates were higher than normal. However, for the price we paid, I expected more amenities and better accommodations. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap available in the shower, and no blow dryer in the room. The thermostat was set to 68 degrees, but the room never felt cool enough for a comfortable night's sleep. I was also disappointed to find that the hotel does not have a pool. Overall, the stay was adequate, but the amenities and comfort level did not justify the premium price.

Decent hotel, friendly staff

Would be a great option for a quick one night stay if you don’t stay for an event. The room usually runs between 100-150 but it was an even and I paid $360 and it’s definitely not worth $360

The hotel is refusing to give me a receipt since I have booked the trip through booking even though I have received the receipt before from every hotel I stayed in through booking. This was a travel trip and it is complicating things for me at work. Booking also did not help with getting my receipt back and are saying that it can only be through the hotel and I don't know who is right.
