The Starling Atlanta Midtown, Curio Collection by Hilton

All very nice... except their pool was closed due to renovations and that was really disappointing but at least they provided access to a pool at their sister property a few blocks away.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Great service and location

Upon arrival I had no hot water in my room. I asked for another room Damon said it’s probably throughout the building and would be fixed by the morning . And someone would be up to my room to fix it at midnight. I asked again for another room just to see if the water was cold there too and it was. I stayed in the original room with no hot water. Breakfast the next morning I was told it wasn’t included. When I booked I pad $51 somewhere In the system it wasn’t communicated. There weren’t any vegan options that I was aware of until a server brought out an additional menu today. I was told by another server breakfast wasn’t included but I know I paid for it. Not sure if she really found it in the system but I wasn’t charged again far as I know. I might give them another try in the future benefits of being in colony square.

Valet attendants were always respectful

We had an amazing stay. I was a little skeptical because of the rate being low, but it was everything I hoped for. Only negative thing I could say I just wish we would’ve known that the pool was not gonna be functioning while we were there. I just would’ve taken up less space in my suitcase with coverups and bathing suits hats, etc. The food is a bar and the drinks were amazing. Everybody was really friendly. The location is perfect if you wanna walk around, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic place to stay easy access to the city. One draw back was expense of breakfast, just go out and find it outside the hotel

Staff helpful. Room nice and clean. Nice breakfast set up. Only down was the pool not working.

Nice hotel in a great location.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Restaurant staff was absolutely horrible and food took forever. Said 20 mins and it took over an hour. Loud music playing. Parking was absolutely horrible and always a hot mess out front.

A special shout-out to Bryan in the hotel restaurant. He provided outstanding service, was attentive and personable, and made our dining experience even better. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend The Starling to anyone visiting Atlanta.

I decided to stay here because they had a pool. Upon my arrival I was told it was closed indefinitely. House keeping posed cleaning my room for two days. I had to request service.

Did not receive notification that the hotel pool was closed for repairs. Sent us walking down the block to use another hotel's pool. after waiting in line to show paperwork to gain access, we were told the pool was closed. very disappointing.

Great hotel. The pool was closed, which was unfortunate, but they gave us passes to the AC hotel pool.

Exceptional

The refrigerator never got cold. I called for assistance, but no one came. The sink drained very slowly, and I asked for assistance. The person at the help desk informed me that the situation would be rectified, but it wasn't. The toilet flushed slowly, which was unbearable. The ice machine on the 11th floor, where I stayed, did not work.

The property was beautiful. Great staff and great stay.

The hotel was beautiful. I enjoyed the food court and bar lounge areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. The room had some cleanliness issues, especially the bathroom. Due to that, I would not stay again but the overall experience was good.
