Nice hotel until i had a roach crawling across my tv screen and another on the floor. That made me disgusted and ready to leave if it had not been 2am i would not have stayed but the staff did move me to another room pretty quickly.

Breakfast not very good remodeling so a little inconvenient

We checked in on a Friday evening, went out to dinner, and when we returned later that night, our room was hot. We turned the thermostat down and tried to sleep, but there was no airflow and we hardly slept at all. - [ ] The next morning, both our room and the hallway were miserably hot. I called the front desk and was told that someone would come look at it. We went to lunch, returned to get ready for an event, and somehow the room and hallway were even worse. When I went downstairs, I was informed that the air conditioning was out throughout the entire hotel, engineers were on-site, and it should be fixed soon. Getting ready in that room was miserable. When we returned from our event later that evening, there was still no air conditioning, and the front desk was filled with guests making complaints. We asked for a box fan and were told they had already given them all out. What is most concerning is that at no point did the hotel offer to relocate us or proactively provide a refund. I ultimately had to call Expedia, and thankfully they were able to relocate us and advised that they would work with the hotel to secure a refund. Even that process was difficult because Expedia struggled to get anyone at the hotel to answer the phone. During this process, we learned that the hotel continued checking guests in despite knowing the air conditioning system was not working. Guests were never informed in advance, nor wer

Great bfast, friendly staff, great for Braves games
-
Really kind and helpful from this staff.

It was a good location but I can tell it was an older property. It was under construction and smelled like smoke. The carpet needs to be changed and the bathroom was not in the best condition.

The restaurant staff was very accommodating especially during the continental breakfast time and the bar staff in the evening are Amazing. The only minor dissatisfaction that I had was the lighting in the hotel and room hallways and in the room seemed to be a bit too dim for me. For safety purposes I highly recommend maybe considering changing the lighting to a more soft white lighting tone, it's a bit too dark in the hallways where the rooms in my opinion. Also, for anyone who is traveling, the rooms are very noisy on the upper level (9th floor) due to the interstate traffic, be mindful when making a reservation maybe to a lower level room. Also be mindful that you will need to pay for parking each night you are onsite as well as the continental breakfast but there is a Waffle house next door and a Starbuck across the street. The customer service/front desk ladies were very nice as well.

The TV in the room didn’t work and when asked to get someone to look at it, we were told “it’s just not going to work.” No one ever greeted us at the lounge/ restaurant, so we just left. And now our card has been charged an extra $51 for our stay and we have no idea why.

Beautiful room.,........................

If it is 4 people to a room the bed is not big enough. It is supposed to be a queen size bed but they look like twin beds. That’s my only concern

The location, the pool, gym! Everything is good. The only thing I didn’t like is the toilet keeps running water. But easy fix.

Toilet was constantly leaking. We had to manually adjust the flapper each use. Bathroom overall was quite dated. Charging $18 to park overnight in a perimeter hotel surface lot was REALLY tacky. Most of all, the Braves shuttle service was bad. The driver had no approved drop-off point; just let us off on a street corner and told us to return and wait at a sign on the corner after the game. We did and waited forever in the heat before calling several times and receiving varying info about the need to move up the road to wait in front of different businesses (first a sushi bar, then a KFC, then a Walgreens, which was across Cobb Parkway -- good luck crossing that on foot after a game). I finally gave up and hired a cab to get back. How can they not have that system in order when they use the "shuttle service" as a selling point??

Will definitely stay here again.

There was a Waffle House right next door. You have to pay 20$ a day to park even with your hotel reservation. I did not know this prior to booking. They had construction going on in the hotel. Did not know this prior to booking. The A/C was broken when we checked in and they did not tell me before checking in. We got to our room and it was 86 degrees in there and the floor was wet because of the humidity I’m assuming. I went to the front desk and they said it would be fixed asap the repair man was tgere to fix it. Went to the 7 hr concert left at 5:00pm come back at 12:00am the ac was still not repaired. So I ask for a refund and the lady was rude about it. (Still waiting on the refund) it’s been 4 days

On check-in we were told the air was not working but they were working on it and hoped to have it back up soon. We were not told that it had been out for at least 2 days. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Special shout out to Fred the shuttle driver!

All the staff were amazing and helpful the air was broken over half the stay and it was miserable the breakfast was good because it was a buffet but didnt like that only 2 breakfast were free and the kids would have to pay $17 also didnt like that parking was almost $20 a day

When we checked in the air conditioner was out in the whole building. They did not let us know when we check in. After a few hours we let them know about our room being hot and the staff said the air was out. They did not offer any accommodation or anything. They never gave us an ETA on have it fixed either. We ended up checking out along with several other staff. Staff were not helpful and were deceiving. They should have been upfront about the situation.
