The hotel was in a great location

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The property is well maintained. Will definitely stay at the hotel again when in town

The place and staff were great. The breakfast was not so great

I loved the self parking and security being present on the property at night

Staff was nice. Clean and comfortable place. Great location. The room didn't have lotion and prefer a tub. A welcome text was sent to my phone and it mentioned if you have any request to make your stay better, send a reply. I replied and never heard anything back.

The room was clean, everything worked inside, it did not have an oder and everyone was nice.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were a few things not so pleasant. The breakfast was meager, with all eggs, clearly from powder, and only 2 choices for cereal. It was pretty noisy at night, with a full hotel (no vacancy due to the world cup). It was fine for our needs but not the best experience.

Location was good The room smelled really bad, the door bathroom door was bloated from water and wouldn't shut. The AC didn't work.

* Itinerary #73469618291238 * Itinerary #73470179417481 After realizing the mistake, I canceled one of the reservations through Expedia and received a cancellation confirmation. When I checked in, I informed the front desk about the duplicate booking and showed proof of the cancellation. However, I was told that I would still be charged for the canceled reservation and would need to contact Expedia. I then spent considerable time working with Expedia to resolve the issue. Expedia contacted the hotel directly, but I was later informed that the canceled reservation had been marked as a "No Show" and therefore would not be refunded. I only stayed in one room and never used the canceled reservation. I am disappointed that neither the front desk nor management was willing to resolve what was clearly an accidental duplicate booking despite having proof of cancellation. I respectfully request that management review this situation and refund the charge associated with the canceled reservation.

The comfortableness of the place, especially the room. No complaints here.
