Hotel Phoenix Atlanta

2nd time staying here hotel is great. Biggest complaint is $45 breakfast buffet that has automatic 18% gratuity fee added on when you fix your own plate and have to get your own coffee and juice! 2 people $90 and forced over $15 tip for someone to bring water to you. Over $100 breakfast with powered eggs is a never again

Rooms are great, all new and up to very good standards across the hotel. Staff very helpful. Only negative (you shouldn’t book this if you want a quiet break) is noise, it’s obviously bang in the middle of entertainment district so it’s noisy even at night but perfectly suited if you are here for a sports event or concert etc

Room was clean. Smelled clean, bed was nice & comfy. Sheets were nice & clean. Staff was very helpful and informative.

Excellent location, great hotel, and wonderful staff. I had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here again.

Zephyr restaurant could be better

Due to bad weather, only amenity to be used was main restaurant which was good. Returning to room at 8:45, we arrived to an unidentified horrid smell. My child then got in her bed to find a beetle on her pillow. We cleaned the room yet again making sure there were no more insects in the room/bedding. Much consideration was given about reporting insect in bedding, because requesting housekeeping seemed a huge inconvenience to them. We did decide to report the insect finding to the attention of the desk and solutions offered were as follows: -housekeeping to change sheets if we wanted (I declined as getting towels took 3 hours in total) -question as to if we had a terrace as bugs get in there. (Which we didn’t) -compensation of 2 nights valet $130 total Considering there was a $400 undisclosed “resort fee” at time of check-in, the lack of willingness to provide housekeeping and presence of insect in bedding was unacceptable. Will not return!

BEAUTIFUL hotel and a short walk to the State Farm arena, as well as restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the rooftop has a great view of the city. Can’t wait to return.

visiting for work. Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly. Ate breakfast on site one morning. Good choices and not crowded. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Quiet location and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Would recommend this hotel as it is walkable and convenient to many locations.

The hotel's design is absolutely stunning—sophisticated, elegant, and thoughtfully curated. Unfortunately, my visit was short and the rainy weather kept me from fully exploring the property, but what I did experience left a lasting impression. I spent some time at the bar one evening and found the atmosphere to be classy and inviting, with attentive and professional service. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep, the city view overlooking downtown Atlanta was lovely, and the shower was one of my favorite features. I also appreciated the luxurious touches like the robe and slippers, as well as the well-designed lighting throughout the room. The in-room dining was outstanding. I ordered the steak, and it was delicious. The minibar was equally impressive—tempting enough that I'll definitely have to indulge a little more on my next visit. As someone who enjoys luxury hotel experiences, Hotel Phoenix easily earned a spot on my list of favorite places to stay in Atlanta. Even with a brief visit, the service, amenities, comfort, and overall ambiance exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning and experiencing even more of what the property has to offer.
