The staff was truly exceptional and very knowledgeable. Jayden the valet park attendant and Tahan the desk clerk as well as the person behind the coffee shop were all very courteous and knowledgeable. The room keeper was very thorough. The location is perfect for midtown Atlanta activities. The retro remodeling is very appropriate for the location!

Switched to this hotel because of problems at my other and was 100% a Great choice would definitely recommend

Great stay

It’s a beautiful set up with a gorgeous court yard in the middle. The dining room is set up with comfortable living chairs to invite community. The rooms have beautiful decor. The bed was also very comfortable. Our first room the deluxe oasis suite was gorgeous but smelled like sewage. My partner is a plumber and suspected that the sinks traps weren’t sealing water as they were improperly installed, so sewage gas was leaking back in to our room. We called the front desk and they immediately offered to change our room but the secondary room was significantly smaller. We called back asking for a comparable room to our suite as it was 2000 dollars total. They gave us a room on the fourth floor which was very spacious but the windows were much smaller and it the bathroom was significantly smaller. We were also not offered a refund or a lower rate for a lower rate room.

This is a lovely older property that is beautifully maintained. The staff was particularly kind and helpful during my stay. I would come back again and again if I could!

Cute decor and great location if you’re visiting Midtown/High Museum. Be prepared to pay a lot for parking as there are not a lot of options(I parked 3 blocks away for $20/night vs. $50/night valet).

Clean room and very polite and helpful staff. It is an older quaint hotel. Beautiful courtyard. Dining was more of a comfortable living room versus traditional tables and chairs. Food was good and great proportions.

Not great. The previous hotel we stayed at, The Georgian Terrace, had the same price as this one and was at least 3 times better than this hotel. This hotel is old, run down, under staffed, lines to check in, lines to valet park, not a single person to help with the bags for check in or check out. Overall, BAD experience. Not recommend.

Great location—safe and walkable, close to lots of restaurants.

The valet noticed a nail in our tire and saved us a real headache if we hadn’t have noticed till we were heading home. Special thanks to Mr Don!!! Very nice staff and comfortable and stylish accommodations. Would stay here again and would encourage you to as well! I can’t think of anything negative.

Beautiful property in midtown Atlanta. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The hallway could be noisy at times, but besides that, everything was great. I would definitely stay there again!
