Overall, the hotel was amazing

Location was great! Lots of restaurants near by. Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly.

Best hotel in Atlanta!!! We love to stay there and we will continue staying when visiting.

Clean room, staff were very helpful and friendly, and took the time to explain things. Got free parking through Expedia perks. Nice hotel in general, didn't get a chance to try out their restaurant, though I wanted to. The only thing I didn't like was that there were no microwaves in the room - an oversight on my part bc I generally look for places that have this for my convenience, but not a deal breaker. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Super convenient and staff was genuinely friendly

At arrival, check-in was seamless and they honored the free parking offered from our booking. The room was a bit dated, the bathroom didn’t have a fan, our landline telephone stopped working and some of the outlets didn’t work properly. You must also request housekeeping services, otherwise they may or may not clean your room. And when they do, the staff are knocking on doors by 8:30am in the morning, which felt ambitious. The walls are also very thin, you can hear your neighbors and every door open and close, non-stop. I do think they are aware of the noise issue, as they leave earplugs in your nightstand. The staff were very helpful though, despite our issues, so there are no complaints about how we were treated. The hotel is also close to restaurants, but you must make sure you go down the right streets (find Peachtree Street and you’ll be fine). In short, we would not return to this hotel and don’t recommend it if you’re seeking higher quality spaces.
