Extended Stay America Suites Atlanta Perimeter Crestline

This place is so much like home from the staff to the guest. I can rave and rave about how great of a property this is and just my appreciation to them always helping and making my stay a priority. Sad I’m leaving honestly but hopefully something works out and I can come back.

Excellent customer service and care Nothing

I have to give this staff and hotel and guest a million stars,I had to be rushed to the hospital and when I say I was taken care of and my room was safe and I’ve been checked on every since by the staff. I truly consider them as family now and my life was in there hands. I truly appreciate them and this hotel.

Room was clean. Staff was very nice. I had to change my dates last minute and instead of making a hassle out of it they helped so book the same room again. Hallways smelled like somebody burnt food while cooking. Someone on the hallway was telling all night. I know ppl use these rooms for a real house but common courtesy goes a long ways.

It was clean It a pot whole in the parking lot that almost popped my tire and could have bent my very expensive rim.

Breakfast is not enough. Carpets are stink so little and smoking smell is in the bathroom.
