shuttle service to The Battery and ballpark was great. Only downside of the hotel was the elevators, with ten floors on a busy weekend the waits could be long but other than that the hotel and staff were very accomadating.

the fire alarm went off at 2am and we had to go outside for over a hour and it went off again at 5am and i didn’t even move i stayed in room cause i was to exhausted to go

My stay at this location was very good with the exception of the fire alarm going off twice in the same night 2am and 4am

The front desk staff was great however the bar manager was quite rude. She was not understanding at all I had to report her to the hotel manager. In addition to that we were evacuated at 230a, for a fire, let back in at 334a, only to be evacuated again 20 minutes later. That was quite a interruption in the middle of the night.

Magnificent

Hotel was extraordinarily humid, as if there were no air circulation. Our room was equally humid and hot on top of that. The room didn’t cool down until early morning hours. Might have gotten some sleep if the fire alarm had not gone off twice requiring evacuation. Staff was very courteous and helpful, so that was a plus.

Parking was $30 a night was insane especially when there is no security. Why am I paying that much for parking? The pool was nasty. The room was surprisingly small. The overall stay was ok. I have experienced better from the Embassy.

We visited for The Blade Show and this hotel was a great place to stay! They offered a shuttle to and from Cobb Galleria (but I’m not sure if they have that all the time, so check before you stay if that interests you). The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Tia behind the bar and Elijah at the front desk were exceptionally nice. Excellent customer service. Don’t sleep through breakfast and be sure to check out the omelette bar. We enjoyed the stay. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Loved the convenience of the the stadium for the braves game. Nice atmosphere large room. Would stay again

Comfortable room

My wife and i stayed for just 2 days but enjoyed the stay so much. The front desk agent was so nice and helpful. Our first night the tv remote didn't work and i took it to the lobby and he was happy to help and get it fixed. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The free breakfast was good with many things to choose from like cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, english muffins, fruit, yogurt and oatmeal with juice and coffee to drink. There was always free flavored and plain water at the front. The bar was very nice and we received 2 complimentary cocktails each for our stay. The bartenders were very nice and made some very good mixed drinks. For dinner i had a ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes and the meal was so good. One of the best steaks I've eaten. After a long day traveling it made the night by chilling in the pool and hot tub. It was so nice and clean and we were the only ones in there which made it even better. We felt very safe staying here and you have to go through a drop gate to enter and exit which we thought was good to have. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and if ever back in Atlanta we will definitely stay again.

Clean, personnel professional and kind, and the breakfast was unbelievable!!

Front desk, breakfast and location was great! Our room smelled musky and I like it had been smoked it, which made it feel icky. We had a friend there as well (thinking it was just our room), but theirs smelled the same. Not sure if the rooms are older or what, but other than that it was good.

The location was great! It was really close to Truist Park and lots of shopping and restaurants. The facilities were a little dated. Our bathtub was peeling. I also didn't like the layout of the parking lot, or the pot holes in the lot, although they seemed to be ready to repair it before we left

The gym was closed for renovations or something? Unfortunately that was why I picked this spot and wasn't notified it wouldn't be open. Front desk people were cool and the place was clean, but that really bummed me out.
