The place is infested with cockroaches
-
First room we were provided was not cleaned and open upon arrival. The second room had stained sheets and towels, not tv connection, and the thinnest walls of any location I've ever stayed.

First off it seem like you're staying at a nursing home/ halfway house. Everybody in that hotel either had a walker or looked like they were from a halfway house with a dog. We didn't feel safe at all being there. We had to stay the first night but thankfully we were able to get out the last two nights to a different hotel which was extremely better. There was roaches there within a minute of walking into the hotel room crawling on the restroom sink. The carpet was so disgusting. The bed sheets had stains on them. The towels had stains on them. It smelled moldy. The whole hotel was just disgusting. If you are a woman or have family with kids I would stay away from this place.

This was a poorly advertised extended stay facility. Nowhere was this clear in the listing or booking. Clearly the room was smoked in despite being labels non smoking. The outlets did not work to charge phones and we decided to find a different accommodation without spending a night here

More like dirty motel not hotel
-
There was no breakfast offered. The place had clean sheets, and the staff at the Reception desk were very friendly. This place is one step above a transient hotel. Sketchy guests, all hanging out in their cars in the parking lot, smoking. LOUD TV on next door all night long. Carpets were dirty, elevator was greasy. Lots of knicks and dings in the walls, dirty, not maintained well.

Felt Like I was in a Housing Project sceaming all night dogs barking people in the hallway at 330am yealling thety were going to kill themself

More like 3.5 rating . Lots of people living in hotel and they are loud and very noisy. The room above us sounds like they were playing football half the night. The 2 pillows you get are so thin you better bring your own. The floor left my whit socks black. The lady at the desk even shift was very helpful. She should find a better job or get a raise

Bad

The room was very clean, but there was a foul odor, that lasted at least 4 of the seven days I was there. I asked for an air freshener to deal with this, but was told there wasn’t any. Also there was no iron in the room. I was supplied with one when I asked for it. The people in the front desk were very polite and friendly. This was the hotel’s greatest plus.

The manager was rude and told us to go to another hotel if we're not happy.

Location Floors we're dirty also cabinetry was dirty leftover popcorn inside cabinetry above microwave refrigerator froze burn marks in and around the bathroom floor and tub people always In-N-Out going smoking outside
-
Very deceiving from what I was charged to attend my first concert in Denver which was very rewarding, but the suite was horrible.
-
The absolutely most disgusting place I've ever walked into. Aside from the druggies in front and drywall falling off the walls I was given the most vomit inducing room I've ever seen.

The cost should have told me not to book, but the reviews were pretty good. The staff were trying, but OMG. I've staying in hundreds of hotels/air bnb's over the years and I think this was in the worst 5 ever. Elevator broke on day one (stayed four nights) and never fixed. Stairwell under construction with debris everywhere. Room was very run down. Dubbed a "kitchenette" but zero things to use in a kitchen (no pan, no plates, no silverware, no glasses-nothing). We were told no rooms have them, but the property is "working on it". The microwave and full size refrigerator did work. One evening there was no hot water, which after asking seemed routine from time to time. One morning the water was off all together, again sounded as if it was routine. Towels in our room had stains on them, vinyl flooring was sticky and carpet was gross--had to wear socks the whole time. We got a room on the top floor/back facing a parking lot so it was quiet enough to sleep.

The staff was really kind and helpful I really have no complaints
