It's good for a night or few, if you're looking for no thrills stay, place was clean, very helpful and free parking close to the Metro
-
The place is right off the interstate, but the entrance is a little hard to spot the first time. Once you know where it is, there's no issue, but it's tricky the first time. It's clean and well maintained. Our room didn't have carpet, which we didn't mind, but it's something to be aware of. The hotel is about half a mile from the Metro station, so it's an easy walk to get in the system and be off to anywhere in DC.

The staff is unfriendly and borderline rude. There's hardly any parking spaces and the furniture in the room was old not to mention the very small bathroom. The bathtub was so narrow I had to shower sideways.

Good value in a safe and upscale neighborhood! Room was clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast offered as well! Metro is a moderate walk, but parking is available at the station if walking is not desired. Manager was very helpful and attentive upon check-in. He showed us the path to the Metro and suggested where to get snacks as there is no vending in the hotel.

I have nothing bad to say. It's easily accessible, the staff is very friendly. The room was exactly what I needed. The shower was hot, wifi worked great, tv was fine, beds are firm just the way I like it. I didn't eat the breakfast because I'm lactose intolerant but it's five kinds of cereal with milk some bagels and cream cheese and fruit. Something quick and simple to start the day off exploring Arlington and washington d.c.

This is a 3 story hotel - basement, main and 2nd floor for rooms. NO ELEVATOR, so if your room isn't in the 200 series, you are either taking stairs down to the 100 rooms or upstairs to the 300 rooms. There was an odor to the entire hotel. When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. We waited, we called out, we rang the phone multiple times. It was 20+ minutes of waiting before someone came in and said he was helping a customer - what were we?? apparently there is only 1 person ever working the desk and assisting customers. The breakfast was nothing to brag about and not appetizing at all. We had a fridge in our room, but no microwave. There was a public microwave downstairs in the dining/breakfast area. The tub was chipped. Parking is free and we never had an issue finding a spot, which I can't say for other hotels I've had to pay for parking and couldn't find a space there in D.C. The office was obviously the residence of the 1 man who worked the desk. There were children crying constantly the entire 2 night stay we were there - we never came or went without hearing the children (except at midnight once). The office/quarters were across the hall from our room.....

The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. It is about a 10 minute walk to the metro or a 2 minute drive to Metro parking. Also they had a small breakfast and coffee in the mornings.

Wish breakfast was better but coffee and tea available 24 hrs was nice. Besides a few restaurants near the hotel, there’s no cafe or convenience store. Overall it is a good budget friendly hotel.
-
Great experience! Excellent place, perfect location, and friendly service. The room was clean and tidy, and the Wi-Fi was free. It's very close to the train station, providing easy access to downtown Washington D.C. while avoiding the downtown price tag and traffic

The biggest plus is the location to the metro station. It is about a 15 minute casual walk. The building is an older one but not in bad shape. The room was clean and comfortable, which is what you need after walking around D.C. all day. The check in and out was easy and I felt comfortable leaving my car there in the lot. There is no microwaves in the room so we had to go to a customer lounge to use one. They do have a customer laundry that does ok and is convenient. If you're looking for free parking, breakfast (Continental) and east access to D.C. this works.
