The outdoor pool is nicer than you find at most hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very nice. Even called me when i had left something in the room after checking out.

My family and I were among the first guests to stay there when it opened, and have stayed at least twice a year since. However, the mattresses need to be either flipped or replaced, and the shower heads are way too high!!!! We hate the barn doors to the bathroom, but with all of that, we are still satisfied.

This is a charming in with courteous professional staff. Some of the furniture is the worse for wear but it didn’t detract from my stay. There was a problem with being able to see block my door with the key but the staff was eager to help and it was fixed the next day with no more problems.

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. It was well lit and we felt very safe there. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and they were willing to go above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable. I appreciated the walk in shower while traveling with a 93 year old with some mobility issues. The pool was perfect for tossing the football around. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and everything tasted great. Thank you for the nice stay.

The location was quiet and clean and the breakfast was good. The a/c aggravated my allergies a bit. Would recommend they clean the dust from the a/c unit or curtains.

It was a beautiful hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and all the staff we talked with were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was wonderful. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with a huge walk in shower. It also had a refrigerator, coffe maker, and microwave. The pool looked awesome even though we didn't have a chance to use it. They also have a wonderful complimentary breakfast. N/A

Only hotel that I saw in the area, but well worth the price! The owners keep everything shipshape! The pool looked so inviting but we didn’t swim. We walked a lot at historical sites and museums so we didn’t work out but they have a small one that looked very clean! Front desk people were super friendly and helpful… our room/bathroom was clean and bed very comfortable!

This was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in years! Clean, comfortable, welcoming staff, courtesy call to see how the room was, great location and reasonable price! If I was ever back to Appomattox I would definitely stay here again!
