The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. Amenities were great and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Staff personable and helpful about area and hotel. Room was excellent and the beds more comfortable than many other hotels I have stayed in during 2026, ie Fairfield, Comfort In & Suites. Appreciated only 3 pillows on the bed instead of 4 or more which is totally unnecessary and extras end up on the floor!

Staff was great, maintenance engineer needs some guest interaction training. Room was ok furniture lacked comfort. We had a TV issue gave up with engineer after 2 tries. Front desk gave a discount for our trouble.

Stayed here three nights while visiting Apopka for our granddaughter’s graduation. Hotel was conveniently located, the property and staff were wonderful. Will stay here again.

>I don't have problem with only getting towels changed every other day, however there was only 1 short towel bar on the shower door, to dry a towel/washcloth/hand towel on. There were 2 hooks, but they only draped a towel so it stayed damp. Plenty of available wall space to install additional bars. > Pool area had no covered seating to not sit directly in sun - no umbrella tables, etc.

Booked a room for next day and couldn’t stay. It was a pay at the hotel. I couldn’t cancel it at all because there is no option to cancel if it’s not more than 24 hours but there was no note about it and I was charged anyway. Hotels .com reached out and were ignored for days. I tried calling and wasn’t offered any empathy and help at all. So please be careful if you are booking within 24 hours. Get the insurance just in case you end up with an emergency and cant cancel.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean. Only concern the pool. There was only 1 chaise lounge chair by the pool and lots of sit up chairs. Not tables or Umbrella for shade. There was a frame where a shade space was but there was no top on it for shade from the hot sun.
