Excellent place to stay. I used to stay at a Crowne in Richmond Virginia for work! The quality hasn’t changed in 16 years.

The hotel was very clean and nice. My room was very spacious, clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the blackout curtains since it sunny up until midnight.
-
Booked the stay because of the hot tub and pool and both were out of service . Was given a room someone already had and twice had to have my keys replaced . Nice place , good location , just some frustrating inaccuracies
-
Absolutely wonderful room and quiet. Just need some more water pressure
-
Also the housekeeping schedule was confusing. We kept having to ask to get the room done up.
-
Slightly dated but a good hotel with helpful staff.

Everything was good except they didn't have their pool was really cold and wasn't open part of our stay. The hot tub I was told was shut down for some reason too.

We stayed 4 nites 5 days, payed $400/ nite and never saw a housekeeper tho they did somehow come in & replace coffee n a few towels as well as empty garbage occasionally, not every day. We had to fetch coffee supplies regularly. I just find it hard to believe you pay this much and get so little. We were also given a ADA accessible unit which we did not ask for. The sink tap leaked unless it was in an exact position and the toilet also ran. I did like the shower because it was big. The gym was only cardiac machines no resistance machines and no weights- what do people do here all winter? We had Mr Bigfoot above us and had to listen to him clomp around every nite until 11 pm as well as another woman who had a long coughing spell every nite. There is very little soundproofing. The carpets all need to be replaced and most furniture. The bed was comfortable. We had several breakfasts and always ordered the same thing. It was amazing how different it could taste and one day I'm sure he just gave us buffet food!! In general we enjoyed the breakfast.

Very good

Pool and hot tub are shut down and there was no prior message on the website to indicate this issue. The drapes are about 30 years old and leave a slight musty smell.

Clean , comfortable and friendly staff. None

Beds were very comfortable Small rooms, no fridge in room, pool was broken bathroom is small and basic nothing luxurious
-
Upon check in there was food all over the floor and the room smelled. The front desk staff and house keeping were amazing and super helpful. The hotel is a bit dated which is fine but almost everything in the room was broken. Door didn’t shut properly, ac cover was hanging off, lamp shade was mangled. The sheets are HORRIBLE paper thin and little pill balls all over., it felt like sleeping in sandpaper.. for over 300 for the night I expected a bit more. The motel 6 is nicer in my opinion
