Clean room friendly staff

Very clean room. Good location and breakfast was quite good.

The toilet was slow to flush for 3-days. I told the front desk after the first day, but nothing was ever done.

Not worth the price. This s a 2 star motel quality.

Needs maintenance. 2 drains in the room were backed up and drained very slow, the dresser drawers were stuck and could not the opened. The waffle batter dispenser was broken.

Not a lot Room was filthy. Blood soaked pad in bed, sheets and pillowcases not clean,dirty towels on bedroom floor, disgusting dirty carpet, uncleaned bathroom. Very expensive for such a dirty room. Obviously not been cleaned. Too tired after long journey to ask to change. Area for such a pricey room was a let down. Awful

Staff was very friendly. Room average. A lot of road traffic you could hear. Breakfast was OK. It was busy so ran out of food and coffee before replenished by staff. Shampoo empty in shower.

Staff friendly. However the property is not maintained well. We only stayed one night. One of the dresser drawers not working. When I pressed gently to get the shampoo in the shower, the whole dispenser fell off because it’s missing a screw to secure it in place. At night when I plugged my phone into one of the wall outlets in the bedroom to charge, the entire room went dark. Front desk told us to reset one of the GFCI outlets near the sink to get the room lights back on. We plugged in our devices outside of the bedroom for charging overnight. When we went down to breakfast at 8am, 3 out of the 4 hot items were missing (only bacon was available). Kitchen staff refilled the other items at a decent speed but you have to wait. The yogurt fridge was empty.

Staff Declane especially helpful and provided good information.

The staff was very pleasant. Property in good condition. Only problem was the bed in the sofa bed is horribly uncomfortable.

Rooms are large & pretty well maintained. Elevators need TLC but the suite was nice. Breakfast was good.

A lot of my friends were there. The breakfast staff were very friendly. The cookies. Expensive for what we got. I have stayed at Clarion facilities around the country. The rooms were on par. But the snack area was always missing many items. Food and drinks. This was especially a problem as there was nothing with any short distance walking to be able to get supplies.

Location was great, great staff, all good

We had a nice room, very large and the breakfast was very good.

Staff were exceptional they were very helpful and understanding and rooms were a great size.

We really loved our stay Close to everything

We booked this hotel because it was walking distance to the Egan Center where we needed to meet the shuttle bus for our Alaskan cruise. The hotel is very basic but met our needs for a place to sleep for one night. The room was clean and the breakfast was what we expected. The AC works great and there is a larger mini fridge and microwave, which are nice amenities. But the hotel definitely needs updating. The furnishings are old and worn. There is no art on the walls which is strange for a city that values art. Even modest changes such as new carpet and entrance rugs and replacing worn furnishings would make a positive difference.
