Grand Legacy At the Park

Room was clean and the walk to Disney was really close. Unfortunately we stayed in a part of the hotel that apparently didnt have any elevator access (we clarified with a staff member). After a long day at the park, hauling a sleeping toddler and stroller up the stairs to our room wasnt ideal. Not sure if other areas of the hotel have elevators but probably would request a first floor room next time just in case.

The room was clean and the service was provided on a time matter when requested and asked for thank you for your services

Great hotel right outside Disney loved it

I would not stay there again unless ur prepared to hear all the noise from outside and upstairs if ur room is anywhere on the bottom floors i had a leaky water faucet.

This motel is very noisy ar night and hard to sleep. The walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear everyone's business and footsteps above you and beside your room. Even what you don't want to hear! Also, the walkway that runs along the outside of all the rooms is very loud and you hear everyone and everything that goes by. When housekeeping goes by with their cart, it sounds like a jet taking off. It was very difficult to sleep and get good sleep. One of the noisier motels we've stayed in.

I found it interesting that the bathroom has a sliding door and the lock didn't work. At first, I thought there wasn't a door at all, but other than that, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained

Great location, close to Disneyland entrance and walkable to various restaurants. Requested an adjoining room at the time of booking, and also called the hotel a month before our reservation to let them know we would like adjoining rooms. They stated this would not be a problem. Upon arrival, not only did we not get adjoining rooms, but they placed us on a whole different floor, they stated there was nothing they could do about this, and had we booked the room through them versus Expedia, they would consider switching some things around. When we book through Expedia, I do not want to feel punished by the hotel. This really soured our experience as a family. More than this, we found the beds to be very, very firm. Not the kind of bed I hope to sink into after a long day at the park.

Just across the street from Disneyland. Very convenient. Restaurants right outside. Helpful staff.

Disney Park!

The carpet smells really and is very dirty to walk on. The room smells like mildew and mold. We did enjoy the pool and the walking distance to the park but will not be staying here again.

The elevator was out of service and we were in the 4th floor with two seniors who are handicapped. It was such a disappointment. Also, saw cockroaches in the stairs area. My father also had to kill a gigantic cockroach that he saw in the bathroom of our room. I am very disappointed with this stay. I told the hotel staff my concerns and all they did was wave the parking fees. I would like to speak to upper management about this. They have all my info to reach out to me and make this better. We have pictures and videos of what I just mentioned!

Cannot beat how close this hotel is to Disney and how accessible places to eat are within walking distance. All of this and still within budget!

Very friendly, nice and easy to access. The pool was great and helped on this hot trip.

Score is mostly for location. This is a very tired, run-down hotel in a great location. The walls were paper thin and the sink didn’t drain…but the bed was decently comfortable. Pool was fun for the kids and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved staying here. It was my son's birthday and they decorated the room and gave him a gift bag. Love that its right across from Disneyland. The pool was great.

The room was clean and accommodating with amenities.

When we got there the room was hotter inside than out side. There was clumps of hair in the shower, the complimentary coffee machine was filthy.

I liked how convenient the location was to everything.

Room was clean, ours faced the park so we had somewhat of a view of the fireworks every night. We ended up extending our stay an extra day, doing that was easy! The pool and hot tub were perfect.

Everything good but restaurant and bar at the top of the hotel were closed both nights we stayed! Big disappointment. Was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Wanted to unwind after the parks without leaving property.
