First off we paid ALOT for our room we paid the extra to be on the “VERANDA” level expecting some upper level experience the room is generic the only Mickey thing was in the bathroom on the wall paper hidden. There was a fold down bed on the couch that had a Bambi theme. My daughter woke up the first night with a rash on her arm. Our friends in another room daughter had a rash all over her body they checked her room but found nothing. Mind you we paid extra for this. The veranda is not kid friendly unless you only give them cereal uncrustables and gold fish and cookies. It’s definitely geared towards adults which is great if you eat lox for breakfast. The evening food tasted like day old buffet food. If I wasn’t able to wash it down with a free seltzer or beer I would have not even ate. Oh and if you plan on watching the fireworks from the veranda and actually want to see fireworks don’t. There is trees that block the whole show. It is nice they play the music in the park and dim the lights oh and free beer and seltzers but barely see any fireworks. Needless to say we will never stay here again. The pool is cool and the people who work everywhere in the hotel are nice the private entrance to California adventure was ok but they made me empty out my whole stroller because I had a bag with a wet bathing suit. So make the walk or uber and stay somewhere else. Oh and one more thing they charge you parking valet is 75 a night and parking across the street is 45 a night per car.

Great location. Loved it.
-
Fantastic and super easy access to everything
-
Great hotel and location. Step right into both parks. Big pool area.

Great hotel, wonderful time. Staff is either great or checked out/annoyed. Expensive, with lots of additional charges I still don't know what for (more than $300). Was great but wouldn't stay again. Parks are easy walking distance. Monorail station is nearby in Downtown Disney. Face recognition and barcode tickets worked well. Lightening pass well worth the cost. Food and parking was good but pricy.

The reason I give a terrible rating is because we had somebody who was a smoker of cigarettes and marijuana below us and it kept wafting into our room. We alerted security and they couldn’t locate the people so they offered to move our room when they moved our room the room they moved us to the air conditioner was broke, and the technician who came in his name was Mark was extremely rude. Didn’t identify himself two steps into the room, began telling us that the reason the air conditioner wasn’t working was because the sliding glass door was open, but the sliding glass door was open to try to cool the room down because the air conditioner would not turn on he had to bypass portions of the air conditioner to get it turned on because it had nothing to do with the door on top of all of that when they moved our rooms, we asked the Bellman to come up and move our luggage and David at the Bell desk told me that they were too busy right now that we could wait and somebody could come up an hour later, and then he proceeded to tell me that it was a very busy time of day. Disney needs to work with their staff members on their customer service and courtesy I do want to give a shout out to the front desk, manager, Kylie, who was outstanding in her job and contact with us

Access to the parks
-
Staff incredibly friendly and helpful
-
We always stay here whenever we go to Disneyland . It’s best in terms of proximity and the rooms are very spacious too . Nothing can beat the location and service !
-
The staff makes the entire Disney experience almost worth the cost. We had a great time and the great service started when we arrived at Valet and ended when we left from Valet.

Overpriced

Great stay
-
I liked everything about it
-
We had mold in each room we stayed in and were sick throughout our entire stay. Such a tired hotel especially for the price

If you are visiting Disneyland and can stay here, it’s absolutely the best option in terms of proximity and park access. There’s no contest. They also have great amenities and dining options onsite. Extremely family friendly with very quiet rooms.

We felt pampered and cared for every step of the way!
-
The room pillows were too thick and firm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The hair conditioner didn’t work well and left my hair feeling messy, almost as if I hadn’t washed it. Not having early entry to the park was also disappointing. Everything else, however, was great.

No bad
-
Had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids
-
Excellent staff and everything else! We wanted for nothing. I will say make sure to make dinner reservations because there isn’t anywhere to walk in.
