Needs major upgrades in the rooms and can’t reach front desk number

Unsupportive staff. Kept me waiting for 7 hrs in the lobby to get a room. Lobby rest rooms were password locked. Which was pretty inconvenient.

It was a very peaceful day. The room was very clean and the staff was polite. I had no issues at all. I like that day have 24 hour coffee and tea very clean, dining area, family friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying going California. It’s close to Disney Land and great restaurants.

The place was nice, clean and comfortable, but we all wished that there was outlets by the bed, we all had to plug our phones in across the room, other than that it was good.

This place is nice for the price and location. It’s an older place but the room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again especially if you are going to one of the theme parks near by. It’s much better than some of the properties I’ve stayed in that are a block from Disneyland.

It was clean, the room was decent for $100. The only complaint I have it there was kids running around all night and couldn’t really sleep.

We picked this hotel because of convenience. The hotel itself seemed outdated but clean. The staff at the front desk were amazing. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool.

Great for a quick Cali stay. Property was clean, the staff was friendly, the parking was free, and the location was close to KnottsBerry Farm and Disneyland.

Arrive late, late in the night. Staff was nice, and fast getting me checked in. Rooms are clean and large. Hotel is on a clean, safe area.

The room was very spacious! It came with a mini fridge and a microwave which helped a lot with our stay. Housekeeping was great. Took care of our needs. Plenty of parking as well. Would definitely stay here again.

There are no toiletries in the room and no breakfast. When our room was cleaned, the trash was not picked up off the floor or from the nightstands.

The property was average. No breakfast served but coffee and tea are available 24/7. It would be nicer if the ice machine is working. I forgot to place the sign out for my room to made. So á little disappointed as no house keeping attended to my room for 2 days.
