Very clean property

very modern hotel/loved the layout of our room and the sheets/towels. The breakfast was AMAZING

The rooms were fabulous. They were very big and recently renovated. The pool and hot tub were clean, the breakfast buffett had a good variety, staff were friendly and there was always parking spots available. The kids loved the basketball court. The large courtyard had everything to have a nice cookout. Housekeeping did not clean our rooms, take out the trash or give us clean towels for three days. Once we told the front desk it was taken care of immediately. The manager was very helpful. The next day our rooms were spotless.

Came in for orientation, had to add a day to the reservation at the last minute. The staff was incredibly helpful in getting this accomplished for me. I didn't have to check out and check back in, they took care of everything. Very seamless. The property was incredibly clean and well kept in all the public spaces. Our room was good sized and quiet. We couldn't hear anything around us, in other rooms. The proximity of the hotel is just on the edge of town but close enough to get anywhere quickly by car. With my kid going to college in Ames we will be choosing this hotel first every time.

Was at the facility for ISU orientation; not a vacation, which is a totally different mindset. Room was good, not great (could have been a little cleaner / fresher) but was fine. Weather was awful (lot of storms) … hotel was great from proximity to ISU and staff were helpful and amenities were good for the occasion.

Hotel and rooms were clean. We were missing a bathroom light, the shower curtain didn't come close to fitting the shower, and there was no closet or hooks to hang anything which was strange.

This property was so well maintained! All of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good and maintained throughout the morning. We will stay there again. Wonderful weekend!

Always super close to our kids when we come to visit and its conveniently located for us. It was a super busy weekend. Idk what was going on, but we were unable to eat in the breakfast area both mornings. We had to take our food up to our room. Just not my idea of a pleasant breakfast.

Convenient location, friendly staff excellent accommodations Wish the pool was a little bit bigger, and there was a hot tub. Otherwise great.

The SpringHill Suites we stayed at during this trip my partner has declared that we are SpringHill Suites people from now on. Giant (clean) rooms, fast wifi, good breakfast options for barely over $100? Can’t beat it.
