Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good warm breakfast.

Very clean. Very good space . Bed was great. Great breakfast!

It was perfect for one night. Even had a lot in the back for us to park our U-Haul which was convenient. It could have been a little cleaner, towels and bedding wise.

I normally stay at another chain and Have not stayed at best western in years and basically needed a place to sleep after getting off the road for 11 hrs. although the room was clean, the main thing: bedding/mattress was not comfortable and below my expectations. I got no sleep. Tried to call the desk and the phone did not work, the staff did come to our room because she could not hear us and bring us hand soap that was empty at the sink. Took us a while to figure out tv (2 remotes) Breakfast was fine as we quickly got on the road. And coffee not bad. I probably will return to my other hotel chain at this destination traveling thru in the future. Great location though with many restaurants and hotel on i40 and a buc ees nearby.

Decent place to spend night while making an overnight stop over. Rooms all updated. Interior renovation not long ago however the outside is a little crummy. Located in more of an industrial side of town but good restaurants close by and Buc-ees few miles away. Rate was very affordable. Would stay here again if just passing through.

Staff very friendly

Staff was helpful and got us a room with two queen beds on the first floor for our second night. We still had to move our stuff back to our car until the 3:00 PM check back in. Breakfast staff very friendly & helpful and food was good, especially the fresh biscuits.

Room is clean and comfortable. AC is quiet. Staff are very friendly.

Comfortable beds, clean, good value, breakfast included. You have to make a quick right off the service road. It can catch you off guard.

change up different menus different days eggs bacon potato's, egg sausage potatoes omelets potato's hail mary crepes and fruit they make crepes by box now

The room was clean, the beds & pillows were very comfortable. We didn’t have to really talk to the staff other than checking in & they were friendly & helpful. We really enjoyed the warm breakfast!

Breakfast was fine. Nice variety. I didn't sleep well....bed could have been more comfortable. I had asked that the 2 rooms we were reserving would have been closer together. They ended up on opposite sides of the hotel. That made unloading/loading more of a challenge. There was only one ice machine that we found by the breakfast room. We got in very late and I wasn't going to wander around the hotel looking for another ice machine. Also the door we used in the back of the hotel, was not locked. We came in late in the evening and it should have been locked!

Staff was nice. Facilities were clean. Room smelled like weed. AC was loud and ran constantly.

The room was a nice size and the breakfast was good!
