Atrea Inn Amarillo

Very well organized. Room had a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. Quiet so we slept well on the comfortable beds.

Place was the best so far

Has the old fashioned motel feel, but is clean and welcoming.

Decent place to stay for the night. Check in and check out were really simple. Good deal

Non smoking room reeked of smoke Carpets were filthy Arrived at 11:30 took 20 minutes to get key If it wasn’t late at night would’ve demanded refund and gone somewhere else

Staff are friendly. Our room was nice and the bed is comfy.

Roaches, flys, loud door slamming all night, ring in the tub, terrible breakfast. Nice staff.

I had my 2 pets and didn’t realize I had to pay. I didn’t ask because 2 weeks earlier I stayed at the Hilton and didn’t have to pay. The dogs cost almost as much as me and my husband.

Comfortable room with an oversized refrigerator. The bed was quite squeaky.

Dusty every corner. Towels smells stinky.

We checked into our room and left immediately, the bathroom was disgusting and the towels did not look clean. The whole room felt unclean

This was our 2nd stay and it was not as good as the first due to the room condition. There was no nightstand on one side of bed. The bathroom needs some serious work. Tub needs to be replaced (chipped) and was dirty around the edges and inside. They did not provide soap this time. Bedspread had a food stain on it.

Breakfast didn’t look too appealing so we didn’t have it.

The lady that checked me in was really great. I think her name was DeAndre, she helped me with the WIFI, gave me some restaurant recommendations and told me some things to see. Super nice and professional. It is in a great location also

Basic place, well-kept.

Area was a little sketchy, front desk person not that friendly, weird people hanging out outside.

Booked a room two months in advance with a credit card. Arrived at the hotel tired after a long drive only to be told they'd overbooked and gave our room to someone else. Why make a reservation if they won't honor it?

The back building where we were offered a room was a bit run down, with what looked like abandoned vehicles in the lot. The room we were offered had a greasy headboard, dented front door, inside doors and walls were soiled in places and needed to be wiped down. Updated plank flooring on entry was loose, and edges of floors were soiled, bathtub grout moldy and rusty. Long hair from prior occupant present. Toilet hinges dirty. Lady at the front desk was super friendly. When we went back to complain about the room. She had no other rooms to give us, apologized and processed a refund. Might consider staying there again if front building rooms were available.
