They charged me for an extra night, the breakfast wasn't fresh at all, and the staff's attitude was dismissive.

Hotel smells like THC everywhere. Cockroach in bedroom. Sofas and bedding smelled; had to ask for room to be clean. Hotel continues to decline.

Good place to stay if on a budget. Room was clean AC was cold breakfast was available in the morning if you’re low on cash and need coffee and a quick bite to eat. There is also a market for chips, soda, candy. Will stay again!

the Inn was a big disappointment, our tv didn't work in our first room, the rug was dirty, the drapes had holes in them. After a noisy night and early morning, we changed rooms. The second room was even worse, The vinyn floors we filthy, a picture was missing from one wall. The toilet was only 14 inches high, very hard too sit on. The ceiling light in the bathroom didn't work, and the bathroom door was sticky and filthy. The fridge was so noisy, we had to turn it off at night. We were afraid to touch anything. Our late night was another nightmare, the person in the next room, was blasting their music, my husband went to the front desk twice, the clerk called to the room next to us, but they didn't answer, he then walked back to the room, and face to face told them to lower the music, they did for 5 minutes, the it started again, the clerk called again, no answer again, did not go to the room, or was a terrible situation, and another sleepless night. Thank God, we were leaving in the morning. I forgot to mention, their free breakfast was terrible, eggs and sausage were cold, coffee was like water This Inn needs a complete renovation, the walls and carpeting is filthy, the outside grounds are filthy. I do not have one thing good I can say about this NIGHTMARE Inn. They ought too be ashamed to have this hotel even open, it should be closed down, by the Dept of Health. I also, forgot to mention the Dish TV did not work properly in the daytime, you could not watch.

That somehow we survived. Do NOT STAY HERE!! We drove 10 hours and needed to just sleep here and leave early. We were exhausted. When we got to the room it was raining heavily. The room was hot and damp. The widow was open because the ac did not work. The phone did not work AND one of the elevators did not work. Therefore, we had to find the long way down to the desk to get someone to fix the ac. They put batteries in the thermostat!! The thermostat was just off on purpose and they thought they could just open the window, in Georgia, in the summer. I had placed my Coach handbag, dog bed and pillow on the table. Well, it was soaked because the table was covered in rain!! We asked, and, of course, the dryer was broken. The TV remote was missing and the room was filthy. I had to wipe sticky stuff off the night stand. The floor was filthy too. The beds were saggy and damp. There were bugs in the bathroom. We barely slept. We threw out the pillow and dog bed. It cost us double to stay here, when we shouldn't have even paid for this nightmare. We would've left but we just drove 10 hours! That's just the highlights. We have NEVER stayed anywhere worse and we were completely ripped off. Pick somewhere, ANYWHERE, else.

Nothing! The young girl at front desk was rude and un helpful. She also threatened to call the cops because I was asking to many questions. So I left and had to find another hotel for my 2 kids and 2 pets. Meanwhile I had just stayed 3 nights at a La Quinta in Hoover Alabama with a wonderdul experience. I was traveling for a lacrosse tournament and thought road trip and bring the pets this is why I wanted to stay here. NEVER again at this location will I step foot. I was so kind over the top nice. This person had a prejudice against white middle aged females. Clearly she did not take to me by a unkind comment. Very sad.
