We were not informed of our water being turned off for hours in the middle of the evening on 6/25 as well as during the morning hours of 6/26. Therefore we were unable to take showers both days or flush the toilet in our room

This is our preferred property to stay at when we travel to attend shows at the near by amphitheater. All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are all updated and very clean, with a full size kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the showers have actual water pressure. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices, but we did notice a smaller difference in hot choice of item on a weekday, which is to be expected in my opinion. Overall it is a great choice in accommodation and I highly recommend!

Because I use bottled water, I filled up the waste baskets quickly. Please add a third waste basket or make them larger.

The beds were very hard and the water did not get hot.

We loved it! Very clean and new. Having windows that open in the bedroom and private balcony in the living room, full kitchen, and large bathroom makes it feel like home. And then the breakfast wow! We will love to stay there again.

Very kind and efficient staff, nearby restaurants and activities for the family. My kids were very comfortable and content staying here and were looking forward to staying here again when we’re in the area.

I loved how simple it was to check in and get around the property. It was a very clean hotel room, very friendly staff. nothing. everything was great! exceeded my expectations! I would stay again.

Very clean. Good breakfast with selection of hot and cold food items. Quiet and good location. Need larger trash can in kitchen area and for rooms with balcony there needs to be outside furniture on the balcony. More chairs in living room and dining area for numbers of people whom room wil sloop

It was clean, friendly staff, and nice rooms. I believe there was a pet in our room before us due to the amount of pet hair we found. This was only a problem due to me being allergic.

I accidentally booked this property and called and tried to cancel and they said they couldn't help me. I was charged for a night that I didn't stay. Very inconvenient as I was coming from out of town
