Red Roof Inn Plus Washington DC - Alexandria 

Found a rat/mouse in the bathroom and checked out immediately. They did give me a refund though.

Dirty floors upon checking. Outlet in room didn't work. Staff left linen racks in elevators. Garbage cans overflowing.

My past experiences staying at the Red Roof Inn are usually positive but this time not so much. The room I was in had a clogged toilet. When I went to the front desk the person tried to be helpful and told me the maintenance person would fix it and in the meantime she gave me a plunger to help. When I returned to my room later in the afternoon nothing had been done so I reported to the front desk and the "new" front desk person basically said not her problem. No effort was made to fix the situation. I've been staying at the Red Roof Inn for years and this is the first time I've experienced such a lack of customer service. Not sure I'll stay there in the future.

The hotel staff were very pleasant. There was a roach crawling on the floor in my room. Definitely, wasn’t happy about that.

Great room quality, convenient location, and the staff was very helpful in accommodating parking arrangements for me since I was in the area for a concert and needed somewhere to park my car before I checked in and after I checked out! Will be booking there again when going to the same concert next year!

There were bugs in the shower drain, roaches in the bathroom, mold in the shower, room smelled like roaches and cigarettes, rugs felt disgusting and sticky, and there was police presence the night before and morning after my stay.

The manager was excellent just a sweet guy and very pleasant to work with. The price was reasonable and we had a good stay. They were flexible even with the power outage. Power outage was not great but not the fault of the property, The whole side of the street was out and things got back to normal quickly.

The handle to flush the toilet wasn't working properly and I had to fiddle with it to make it work. I stay in Red Roof motels because I travel with my dog this Red Roof is certainly not a PLUS+ one!!

They had a huge water leak and no power.

Only thing great was the price.
