Hotel is very nice considering how affordable it is. Great location as well. Only thing I didnt like was the 35 per day parking fee I didnt see that listed anywhere so I was a bit surprised. Everything else was great staff 5☆ cleanliness 5☆

If you stay here, don't count on manager Mario to address issues encountered during your stay with seriousness or empathy. My hotel room was not cleaned, but housekeeping entered to leave 2 towels, but left the used towels on the floor and then proceeded to leave the room and NOT close the door fully, opening guest to a potential security issue! This was verified with a room audit. The hotel overall is nice, but this experience and the follow up was not ideal!

Staff would not fix my key so i could go in and out of garage without getting help. Carpet needed to be vacuumed.

One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing — fresh fruits, vegetables, juices, and a wonderful variety of options. The breakfast area itself was inviting and well organized, and what stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff. The waitresses were kind, warm, and always smiling, often stopping by to ask how the food was and if everything was okay. That level of hospitality made a big difference. What made this stay unforgettable, however, was an unexpected and life-changing moment. By pure chance, I discovered that the Black Stars of Ghana were staying at the hotel. I ran into some of them in the elevator, which led me to meeting the entire team as well as members of the leadership. As a proud Ghanaian, this was a dream come true and an experience I will never forget. What started as a simple hotel visit for an event turned into one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Had to pay 35 per night for parking and the gate was not working. Had to wait too long to have someone open the gate. Rude when they had to

The best place to stay if you plan to visit DC. Just be mindful that after 7:30 AM traffic is a little crazy and will ad 15 minutes of traffic to any trip to downtown DC.

Great staff, clean place, clear communication but I’m still waiting for my $100 that was held.
