We had a horrible stay and had to check out early. The hotel is under construction with excessive dust everywhere, which was dangerous for my daughter who has asthma. To make matters worse, the front desk agent completely ignored us because she was on her phone. She just handed us the key without telling us where to go. On top of that, neighbors were constantly slamming doors. We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we checked out early and moved to a different hotel. We did it 24 hours before, and the front office person say no refund. Thank you,

Clean room

The room was very small and smelled musty. The hotel was going through renovations but it really was terrible. Hair in shower, bathroom had flooded before because bottom of door was warped and paint peeling on the bottom. Way too expensive for the room.

There was no pool and hasn’t been working since 2020. That was a huge disappointment. I chose this hotel because it had a pool. We didn’t get two beds as requested, apparently the hotel was overbooked. The hallway smelled of pot and our last of three days the water wasn’t working due to a major water leak. The construction going on in the lobby was quite a mess and very uninviting. Staff was pleasant though, that was the best quality of all.

The hotel is going through a renovation of the lobby. The room was clean. Didn't have a chance to get breakfast because it ended at 9 am. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway.

The property is perhaps due for a refurb. The a/c smells of wet dog / dampness, the TVs are circa mid 2010s, the wallpapers in the breakfast room are starting to peel off the walls and the furniture in there is in need of replacement, the water pressure in the sink and the tub faucet is fantastic, but the shower head is sub-par. Another thing that is a bit puzzling is that there's shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel in the shower. Oh well, soap from the sink it is.

Check in was good. Room was clean. Woke up next morning with a flooded room water pouring from light fixture.

The lady in the front desk was very helpful.

I choose hotels based on cleanliness and safety. The hotel is located off a main highway, down the road from food places and a store. It felt safe. Construction is going on, so entering is a little tricky. The room I got was a suite with a sofa bed. It felt like an apartment, as there is a door to separate the room from the living area/sofa bed area. There were two bathrooms, also-but only one had a shower. The room was nice and it faced the parking lot and street. Breakfast was okay. Eggs, muffins, bagels, cereal, juices, oatmeal-instant in a pack, waffles-if you made them-and the meat rotated between bacon and sausage patties. Overall, this was a great stay and I enjoyed the hotel.

The rooms are in serious need of a complete renovation. The carpet had obvious stains, the toilet seat was old, and the bathtub looked extremely worn out and outdated. The hotel hallways and elevator areas were very dirty, even on the other floors. I understand that there was maintenance and renovation work taking place in the ground-floor reception area, which may have contributed to the condition, but the cleanliness of the common areas was still below expectations. Breakfast was very limited with very few options available. What concerned me most was seeing the employee responsible for the breakfast area cleaning floors and performing other cleaning tasks, then immediately handling and refilling the scrambled eggs and other food containers without wearing gloves or following basic food hygiene practices. Housekeeping was also very inconsistent. We sometimes had to wait up to two days before the room was cleaned. On one occasion, I asked a housekeeper for additional coffee pods, and she handed them to me as if she were giving me something from her own personal supply rather than providing a standard hotel amenity. Additionally, some of the towels appeared clean but still had visible stains on them. The only positive aspect of the stay was the front desk staff. They were professional, respectful, and always willing to assist with requests.

Desk clerk was very helpful. On site parking. Room carpet needed attention. Only two sets of towels.

The free breakfast offers a sufficient number of choices and the food quality is adequate. But the coffee is absolutely awful. Whether the machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced, I don’t think I’ve ever had coffee that bad at a hotel in nearly 50 years of traveling.

Hotel under renovation (which it needs) Outside parking lot and grounds are a mess. Lots of trash around. Not much area clean or not to walk your pet. Great breakfast. Fresh and lots of selection. Staff friendly and helpful.

I put the current date down by mistake and tried to move it to the next night and Expedia charged me for the night and refused to move it to the next night, as a result I never stayed there.

Sheets, bathroom and floors were clean but structurally it was a dump. Mildew on the ceiling, tub surface peeling and stained, toilet barely flushed. They are doing construction which is understandable but not mentioned and of course was loud. It's not a horrible hotel but for a similar price, I could have found better. Hotels are subjective but I'd say this was the bottom tier of what I'd consider acceptable.
