The breakfast at the restaurant was so much better than typical buffet breakfasts.

The rooms were moderately clean, breakfast was good and average price. Location was great. The pool was disgustingly dirty. Water was cloudy with brown tinge, smelled strong of chlorine and crowded. There was old food in the pool and on the floor. The elevator was very rickety and felt unsafe. Had to wait long time to get up and down the elevator. Ended up taking the stairs. Only one elevator was operable. The room was quite small. The window was so thin, you could hear the traffic like the window was wide open. Cars revving their engines on the highway all night, couldn’t rest. We stayed in 508 & 510. Parking spaces are small and causes people to park over the line, limiting the spaces. Feel like it was overrated. One of our rooms smelled like old garlic.

The only thing I could say that was good about the hotel is the room the hot tub wasn’t even warm it was about the same temperature as the pool or worse I put the bubbles on and it just made it colder. I go into the elevator to go to my room and I was afraid that it was going to get stuck on us every time we went in it or would fall because how slow and load it was going up and down plus the other elevator is out of service which says something god only knows how long they’ve been checked and they still decide to keep that one going as it is a hazard! The hotel guest were nice tbh no issues there I know they have nothing to do with it but who ever owns this hotel or runs it you are going to be out of business if you keep going this way the pool was just nasty it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and just the look of the hallways is just horrible. I’m not one to complain I because I understand some things do come up owning and running a hotel but come on this is supposed to be a nicer hotel, the holiday inn is supposed to be a hotel that you should be happy to go to not one that you regret going after you leave.

Great stay it was amazing and everything

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. There was plenty of parking, but it was on the opposite side of the entrance. The bad Traffic noise was exceptionally loud inside our room and woke us up a few times. Not a good nights sleep sadly. That is our number one complaint. We paid for three people, but there was only towels and in room coffee (yuck) for two. The hotel doesn’t offer complementary coffee in the lobby. They said they were out as we were checking out. They also don’t have even a basic complementary breakfast like most hotels do in this class. I’ve never been to any holiday inn that didn’t. I thought holiday inns were better than this. There are two elevators. One was broken down and the only one working sounded and felt like it was about to break down. I would be shocked if it passed inspection. We felt unsafe in it. Not the worst hotel we’ve stayed at, but definitely the worst holiday inn

No free breakfast is a deal breaker for me
-
Indoor pool was cold. Hot tub jets were weak. Bar was great.

Exceptional
-
House keeping knocking on the door prior to checking out
-
Clean room, Staff was very friendly. Location off freeway was convenient but our room was facing the freeway and it was too noisy. If we stayed another night I would have requested a different room.

Exceptional

It's off Jefferson & I-25 and it sounded like the Indianapolis 500 until 2am. The pool was crowded.
-
Elevators.. only one was available and 4 at a time
-
We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. We were very excited to go swim. The water was freezing cold. Yes all pools are cold. But this one was literal ice. Maybe because it doesn’t get sunlight. But it was so so cold. If you are looking for a family pool do not pick this one. You will regret it.

The elevator in this facility is grinding, loud and shaky. When told to the staff they said they knew and have put out an order for it be fixed. It was still "safe".
