Rodeway Inn Abilene West

I didn't want to believe the bad reviews, but they are here for a reason. Everything is bad shape and the breakfast seems to be the trash from the breakfast from a different hotel. Disgusting.

The bathroom door was broken and the tv didn’t turn on. One wall is a giant window with curtains… the shower would only get super hot or super cold… in the middle the water literally wouldn’t cone out at all. The lobby smelled like pot…

They need clean bed covers, restrooms need a little upgrade, breakfast needs fresh not expired bread for toast

The room was dirty— dead spiders in the bathtub/shower. Bed had lint and dirt in it and was made backwards (bedspread on bottom, sheet on top. Loud noise/boom boxes in common areas. Intense smell of pot later at night.

Dirty rooms, broken doors, amenities, staff won’t return calls

I have always used Hotels.com and have been happy. This one should not be included. I always check reviews and this one was not glowing, but it was for 1 night and it was the one most convenient. I thought how bad can it be it is on Hotels.com. I had booked 3 rooms. We were assigned a room with no toilet seat . They all smelled. We had to ask for clean sheets. We only stayed because it was late and we had to get going early the next morning. In order to get my receipt we had to wait for over half an hour. Only 1 employee at night and 1 in the morning. We changed our own sheets. Worst ever.

But expensive

I really just came to sleep due to long drive. All the hotels are overpriced and booked because of the data center problem. This one was affordable. Very strange layout but it did the job. Water was hot, fridge was cold, AC worked, and door locked. I would stay again if back in Abilene.

Nice and clean

The hotel was in need of minor repairs and the room clean but in need of minor repairs. Overall it was acceptable and the hotel was peaceful. The price was a little high for the quality but will stay there again. No bugs or roaches during my stay.

Will never stay there

Overpriced and POORLY maintained property. Parking lot was full of trash. Room did not have safety latch in door. We had to put one of the chairs in front of the of the door for security. The “ continental breakfast” was non-existent, just some shabby looking fruit and stale cereal. If I could hive this place ZERO stars I would.

Nice people I don’t have nothing

The TV wouldn't turn on. No tables available for breakfast. So my kids stood with bowls of cereal. Little black flies or gnats were all over our room. No hand towels or rags in the room. Open, unsecured wi-fi network. No topsheet on the beds. Overflowing trashcans in the courtyard.

The motel was cool and they let us park our Harley's by the front door. Ut we had no TV only one bar of soap one single towel and the pillows were flat nothings and the breakfast was only cereal lol . Not worth the money to stay there I would have had more fun and better experience at a crack motel and saved 200 bucks

The real presence of the facility is nothing like the website represents. The facility is rundown and unkempt. The checkin/checkout staff is unfriendly and non-professional zombies. If travelers are looking for a nice stay, do not choose this facility.

There was no iron or hair dryer. The door was broken so badly that I had to be given another room. I had to ask the management to come set-up the tv and then the remote didn't work. The toilet seat was broken and there were gnats flying about in the bathroom. There was no ice bin or plastic cups. The shelf next to the sink had been ripped out of the wall.

The place was dirty, floors not cleaned, the room was like abandoned place
